Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Which conditions does Dr Pari treat?
His elective practice focuses on hernia and gallbladder surgery. If your condition falls outside this scope, he will guide you towards the right specialist.
What are the benefits of laparoscopic surgery over open surgery?
Keyhole surgery uses small incisions. For suitable patients, this usually means less blood loss, a lower risk of surgical-site infection, less post-operative pain, and a faster return to normal routine.
How soon can I walk after a hernia or gallbladder operation?
Most patients are encouraged to walk short distances within a few hours of waking from anaesthesia. Recovery commonly takes one to two weeks, depending on your individual health.
